One-to-one counselling is available to individuals, supporting them through personal challenges that may or may not be related to work. Many employees and employers find this approach preferable to an outsourced employee assistance programme; sessions are face-to-face at my consulting rooms in Warrington or Wilmslow (rather than by telephone or online) ensuring a personal and discreet service with flexibility regarding the number of available sessions and a guarantee that your employee will be able to speak to the same counsellor at each session.
Psychoeducative workshops are available and explore topics that support wellbeing and good mental health in the workplace. These include, but are not limited to, subjects such as resilience, empathic communication and supporting employees struggling with mental health challenges.
